Gelato ( jel lot' toe) - a frozen Italian specialty made from fresh milk, cream, brown sugar, sugar, xylitol, and all natural flavors. It contains no chemical preservatives, emulsifiers, or stabilizers and is generally no more than 6% to 9% butterfat. A low air content, one-half that of ice cream, produces a dense and velvety consistency.

Flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Dark Chocolate/Fudge, Chocolate Hazelnut, Hazelnut, Pistachio, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Raspberry, Mango, Passion Fruit, Banana, Green Tea, Coffee, Tiramisu, Spumoni with Cannoli.

Sorbet (sor bay) - a frozen Italian specialty made with fresh fruit, water, xylitol, and a small amount of brown sugar and sugar. It contains no chemical preservatives, emulsifiers, stabilizers, or butterfat.

Flavors: Lemon, Apricot, Banana, Sour Cherry, Watermelon, Pineapple, Blueberry, Strawberry, Blackberry.
